STEFY
Hello friends. I am Stefy a very well-established personal trainer with over 25 years of experience.
I have a daily routine that fills me with energy. In my food, exercise and work I strive to find the perfect balance between body and mind. This is my opportunity to share that with you.
The beginning of the day is a gift of creativity and productivity. appreciate the mornings with such fervour that I begin my day at 3am. After waking up, I meditate to relax, sort my thoughts and achieve mental clarity.
I follow this with breakfast and then a run. Running stimulates my body and mind—my ideas and projects dawning when the city of London is still fast asleep. On returning home, I prepare beautiful lunches that are full of healthy ingredients in a delicate balance of flavour.


Food is a feast for the senses and a fuel for the physique.
I do not skimp on good ingredients in favour of something quick and easy, nor do I resign myself to bland meals. When preparing meals everything is full of nutritional value,
appetisingly presented, and tastes divine. I am constantly thinking of ways to refine recipes to make them that much more delightful. In the end, I have eaten a satisfying breakfast, prepared my post-workout juices and some delicious food for the week ahead. Organisation and a bit of creativity go a long way.
INSPIRATIONS
The energy from light; whether it is the sunrise I run toward in the morning or the bright stars in the dark night; fills my very core. It is a reminder that nature has its own routine and I am privileged to share it every day of my life
I take my time to appreciate the light that transcends deep space to brighten my little world. My hope is that I can help people feel that light in themselves

The Studio is in the beautiful neighbourhood of Notting Hill offering state-of-the-art technological gym, a range of equipment and private one-to-one training adapted to the needs of each client.I offer an all-round approach to training, where my extensive professional experience assists in providing top-to-toe care— working with clients to make them strong, healthy and happy.



I feel so privileged to help them achieve some monumental goals. All our training is provided in one-to-one sessions to ensure privacy and exclusivity with no two sessions being the same. Working someone hard is part of our training but the experience alone needs to provide some motivation and excitement. I can help that along

DELICACIES
My love of food is probably the most obvious symptom of my Italian heritage.
It drives my need to perfect recipes by adjusting the flavours and texture to make it a nourishing experience.

Caring for your body is also essential to becoming stronger without injury or excessive strain. After my morning workout, I always drink vegetable juices that are prepared at home and brought to work— delicious, hydrating and replenishing.
